## What Tuck Does

Tuck manages browser tabs in two ways:

1. **Snooze tabs** — Close a tab now, have it reopen automatically at a scheduled time. Supports natural language input ("tomorrow 9am", "in 2 hours", "next Monday"). You can add a note to remember why you saved it.

2. **Auto-close idle tabs** — Tabs you haven't looked at in a configurable period (default 24 hours) are automatically closed and saved. Recover any of them with one click. Pinned tabs, grouped tabs, and whitelisted domains are never touched.

## FAQ

**What happens when a tab is auto-closed?**
The tab closes and is saved to your Auto-closed list inside Tuck. The page title, URL, and favicon are preserved. Click it once to reopen.

**Will Tuck close tabs I'm actively using?**
No. Tuck never closes the tab you're currently viewing, pinned tabs, tabs in groups, or tabs playing audio. You can also whitelist specific domains.

**Does the snooze time have to be a preset?**
No. You can pick from quick presets or type a custom time in plain language.

**Does Tuck sync across devices?**
No, by design. Everything is stored locally in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server.

**Is it free?**
Yes. Tuck is completely free for all browsers.

**What browsers are supported?**
Safari on macOS, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. All Chromium-based browsers (Brave, Arc, Vivaldi, Opera) work with the Chrome version.
